Being the same physical size as original unit this is a very popular replacement where increased capacity is needed.
This is a “HO” or High Output Unit Upgrade, which will double the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with virtually no modifications.
In most vehicles this is a Direct Replacement.
This unit is a direct replacement with NO mounting bracket modification
100+ amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft rpm)
200+ amps maximum (6000 alternator shaft)
The stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles
Actual Alternator Weight is 16 lbs
All units are 100% NEW and come complete with internal voltage regulator and pulley
All alternators are 100% new, tested at time of assembly
We strongly recommend you also add / upgrade the main power cable - connecting the alternator to the car - due to the increased output of this unit
